MARGARET / A NEW CHAPTER
01 / THE WOMAN BEHIND THE TRAINING

A FULL LIFE.
A STRONGER ME.

Work. Family. Training. My fitness journey is part of a full life, and it is still unfolding.

Pole dancing has been part of my life for several years. Strength training brought another challenge: learning what I could lift, how I could progress and what consistency could look like.

Today, I’m an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, and I’m preparing for a bodybuilding competition on 24 October 2026. Becoming a coach is the next chapter.
